His extensive academic achievements include an MBA, CIPD Associate Member, accreditation as a Myers-Briggs Practitioner, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Group Training diploma. His passion for understanding how the disciplines in competitive sports can translate into improving individual and team performance led him to gain qualifications as a Sports and Fitness Instructor. In addition, to pursuing his executive and life coaching certificate, he is a qualified and practising Sports and Fitness Instructor. Robert is full of practical experience, invaluable knowledge and insights into people and behaviours in the world of work and leisure.
As Robert proceeds his career by encouraging individuals to build confidence and assisting individual growth and development, he continues to seek improvement and excel as he completes his Coaching Academy qualification.
